Dirty Mezcal Tonic

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Creyente® Cuishe
  • Splash of Olive Brine
  • A few Rosemary Sprigs
  • Tonic Water, to top
  • Garnish: 1 rosemary sprig, lemon wheel and 3 olives

Directions

Rub the rosemary sprigs around the inside of a highball glass to flavor it. Fill with ice, and add mezcal, olive brine and tonic. Stir gently. Garnish with a rosemary sprig, lemon wheel and 3 olives.
