Dirty Mezcal Tonic
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Creyente® Cuishe
- Splash of Olive Brine
- A few Rosemary Sprigs
- Tonic Water, to top
- Garnish: 1 rosemary sprig, lemon wheel and 3 olives
Directions
Rub the rosemary sprigs around the inside of a highball glass to flavor it. Fill with ice, and add mezcal, olive brine and tonic. Stir gently. Garnish with a rosemary sprig, lemon wheel and 3 olives.
