1.5 oz Mezcal Creyente®2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice.5 oz Simple SyrupA pinch of Ground Pink PeppercornA pinch of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt1.5 oz Soda Water
preparation

Combine the first five ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into a wine glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a few whole pink peppercorns and a grapefruit slice.
