Our Maestro Mezcalero has skillfully combined these flavors, embodied by animal spirits: the armadillo, which encourages introspection and evokes the scent of damp earth; the boldness and intensity akin to the golden eagle’s claws; and the elusive smokiness of the jaguar, representing elegance and strength. Together, these elements form a captivating creature that redefines the essence of Mezcal Creyente®, delivering an experience beyond compare. In this mezcal, the eyes are treated to a radiant clarity with silver accents, while the nose encounters a fusion of herbal pineapple, smoky earthiness, and faint pear/apple notes. On the palate, a pronounced smokiness intertwines with subtle sweetness, complemented by fruity and earthy undertones.
